DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting governing documents. Contract work. Attendance at board meetings. Coordinating board elections. Prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts. When necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Pennsylvania Bar admission Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing ability is required. Self-motivated and able to manage matters independently. Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience or interest in: Community association law Drafting governing documents Contract drafting and review Board governance and election matters Litigation, including trial and appellate practice The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Doylestown. Pennsylvania bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. Recent graduates and Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply; pending bar admission is acceptable.
