Community Association Attorney

Description Responsibilities will touch upon all phases of representation of our community association clients and will include: (i) drafting governing documents, (ii) contract work, (iii) attendance at board meetings, (iv) coordinating board elections, (v) prosecution and collection of delinquent association accounts; and (vi) when necessary, litigation, trial and/or appellate work. The position will offer hybrid work flexibility and be based in Morristown. New Jersey bar admission; strong academic credentials; and demonstrated writing ability is required. A minimum of five years of experience representing community association clients is required. We will keep you engaged and challenged and provide you with a balanced work life in a collegial atmosphere. Salary is commensurate with experience. The posted range is $150,000-175,000.
