Responsibilities: ● Handle existing B2B online community channels (WhatsApp & Telegram) for Indonesia. ● Maintain regular and consistent posting across platforms. ● Analyze channel performance and develop insights and strategies for improvement. ● Research, propose, and implement tools to improve communication efficiency. ● Support wider team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed. Requirement & Qualifications: ● Final-year student or fresh graduate. ● Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. ● Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing. ● Proficient in Google Sheets and Canva. ● Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
