Epic Health Partners is seeking a Community Liaison to build relationships with community partners, increase awareness of our services, and support referral growth throughout the Richmond area. This role combines community outreach, networking, social media engagement, and marketing initiatives to strengthen community partnerships and connect individuals with needed services. This is a flexible, hybrid, part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our programs expand. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and local businesses. Represent Epic Health Partners at networking events, resource fairs, community meetings, and outreach activities. Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and posting engaging content. Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and community awareness campaigns. Identify opportunities to increase community engagement and expand referral partnerships. Support business development efforts through outreach and relationship-building activities. Conduct presentations about our programs and services. Research and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities. Track outreach activities, referrals, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with leadership on marketing, growth, and community engagement strategies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in community outreach, marketing, customer service, communications, public relations, recruiting, sales, healthcare, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing activities preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business communication tools. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Work Schedule & Location Hybrid position based in Richmond, Virginia, with a flexible part-time schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week. Travel throughout the Richmond area, occasional travel to surrounding service areas, and occasional evening or weekend hours may be required as needed for community events, networking opportunities, meetings, and outreach activities.
