Community Management Intern Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We are looking for a Community Management Intern to join our team. The primary focus of this role would initially be community management on social media, with the potential to expand into broader community listening and strategy over time. Please note that we are hiring for this role in Stockholm, Sweden. What you will be doing Responding to comments, questions and messages on social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok) Ensuring accurate and helpful responses, supported by training from the team Engaging with relevant conversations and user-generated content Building relationships with our community and encouraging positive interaction Supporting the team with simple social media content when relevant What skills and experience we think you have Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok Comfortable interacting with users and people and managing conversations online Ability to respond clearly, accurately and empathetically to questions about the product Ability to collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure correct and consistent information is shared crossed platforms Based in Stockholm Fluent in Swedish Nice to have Experience across multiple social platforms Strong awareness of trends, platform culture and emerging formats Basic content production skills (e.g. filming, sound, lighting) Ability to identify and engage potential ambassadors or micro-creators What we offer Flexible work arrangement - you will be part of a team based in and around Stockholm that values effective collaboration and transparent communication, irrespective of work location Professional development - you will work alongside knowledgeable colleagues in the continuous growth and skill enhancement environment Modern technology - you will leverage innovative technologies and tools, within an environment that empowers you to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work Impactful projects - you will contribute to groundbreaking projects that redefine industry standards and create tangible value Commitment to quality - you will join a dynamic and progressive organization that prioritizes profitable, long-term product development Location We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person.
