About the Role

We're looking for a Community Manager based in Australia to manage social media communities for Basher and our client brands across the APAC region.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our audience engagement. You'll run day-to-day community activity across multiple accounts, protect brand voice for each client, and turn everyday interactions into real audience loyalty. If you know how to read a community's pulse and grow it with intention, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media communities for Basher and client accounts across APAC
• Create and curate content calendars that keep each community engaged and on-brand
• Monitor conversations in real time, responding to comments and messages promptly across all managed accounts
• Maintain distinct brand voice and tone for each client while ensuring consistent quality
• Build audience loyalty through consistent, authentic engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community activity with campaign calendars
• Track engagement metrics per account and report on community health and sentiment
• Flag emerging issues, trends, or reputational risks early

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar social/engagement role
• Experience managing multiple social accounts or client brands simultaneously
• Strong writing and communication skills in English
• Comfortable working with engagement metrics — you can read the data and act on it
• Highly organised, with a good eye for brand voice and tone across different accounts
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• iGaming, online casino, or sports betting experience is a strong advantage
