Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow their online presence. You will manage and post content on Instagram and TikTok. This role focuses on building engagement and social proof through organic social media efforts. You will work with pre-scraped content like podcast clips, blog posts, and testimonials.

You will also monitor comments, engage with followers, and use a strategic posting plan. Strong English skills for copy proofreading are important. You should be able to work independently and fit into a relaxed, family-like work environment.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage, format, and post content on Instagram and TikTok.

• Repurpose content such as podcast clips, blog posts, and testimonials into social media posts.

• Monitor comments and engage with followers.

• Develop and implement a strategic posting plan to build trust and social proof.

• Proofread copy for good punctuation and clarity.

• Track follower growth and engagement metrics.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to build engagement and grow followers on social media.

• Experience with organic social media management, specifically on Instagram and TikTok.

• Functional English skills with good punctuation.

• Ability to spot awkward copy.

• C1 or C2 English level.

• Availability to join occasional sync calls during US Eastern Time.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media advertising.

• Experience with email marketing.

• Willingness to appear on camera for videos.
