About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager & Monetization Specialist to manage and grow online communities while developing strategies to increase engagement, audience growth, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms.
• Build strong relationships with community members.
• Develop strategies to increase engagement and audience growth.
• Identify and implement community monetization opportunities.
• Monitor engagement, audience growth, and monetization performance.
• Respond to messages, comments, and community inquiries professionally.
• Stay updated on social media trends and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, or monetization.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
• Knowledge of audience engagement and monetization strategies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Lebanon Time.
