You'll be a part of a dynamic team, focused on expanding our community network and connecting suppliers and buyers within the Paper.id ecosystem. Skills & Qualification Strong communication skills to effectively engage with users and community members Ability to conduct research and derive actionable insights from user feedback Experience in collaborating with marketing teams to execute campaigns Creative thinking for generating new ideas for community engagement Proficiency in managing community networks and fostering connections between stakeholders Capability to participate in and contribute to brainstorming sessions Experience attending networking events to promote community growth Responsibilities Acquire new users and maintain Paper.id’s community users, fostering engagement and retention Conduct research and gain insights from community events, user feedback, and comments to improve community strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute community-focused campaigns and initiatives Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for community growth and engagement Manage community users and expand the community network where suppliers and buyers are connected within Paper.id Collaborate with partnership, customer experience, and business development teams to enhance community interactions Attend networking events to strengthen community connections and increase visibility
