Community & Social Media Intern Location: Antwerp / Amsterdam | In Office The role Somewhere on your phone right now, someone's talking about Loop. A comment, a Stories reply, a "wait, they make THAT?. You'll be the one who catches it, replies to it, and figures out what it means. You'll sit right in the middle of the conversation between Loop and the people who love us most (or don’t love us yet), watching trends, catching cultural moments, and turning all of that noise into something the community actually feels. Along the way you'll build real skills in community management and organic social, sharpen your instincts, and take on more ownership of our channels as you go. What you’ll do (and what you won’t) Running the day-to-day on Instagram and TikTok, replying like a person, not a script Getting to know our most engaged fans through comments, Stories, broadcast channels, bulletin boards, product sends, you name it Keeping a finger on the pulse: sentiment, subcultures, whatever's shifting in the culture that week Mixing your read on internet culture with actual performance data to help decide where Loop should (and shouldn't) show up Spotting good ideas in the wild and helping turn them into real action points Scheduling and publishing our organic content, and yes, the small stuff (captions, tags, links, timing) matters Sticking around after something goes live, keeping the conversation going, and learning when to run with it yourself and when to flag it You won’t Copy-paste generic replies Jump on trends just because they're trending Wait around for someone else to spot the opportunity Treat community like a content calendar with extra steps How you’ll succeed We're looking for people who think big, stay curious, and just go for it. You'll do well if you're genuinely good at building relationships, quick to notice which moments actually matter, and able to turn a nonstop stream of online chatter into a handful of things worth acting on. Bring your personality, your point of view, and your creativity, and work well with a team that's doing the same. What you’ll bring A real instinct for internet culture. You get how humor, language, and trends shift across Instagram and TikTok Genuine excitement about talking to people and building relationships online Your own voice, with the judgment to adjust your tone depending on who you're talking to, while staying true to Loop An eye for what's actually worth acting on versus what's just noise Sharp attention to detail when it's time to hit publish Curiosity about using AI to improve social listening, analysis, and content workflows. A proactive streak, and a real appetite for feedback Loop isn’t for everyone. We might not be a match if you: Wait for direction instead of joining the conversation. Follow trends without questioning whether they fit the brand. Feel uncomfortable using judgment when situations are still taking shape. Prefer observing online culture to actively participating in it. Still listening? Good. We're not looking for people who watch from the sidelines. Loopers step in, speak up, and go for more. More firsts. More growth. More "I can't believe we actually did that." Sound like you? Hit apply and let's talk.
