Salary: 60-80k Php monthly (Based on experience)

The Role
You will be responsible for the day to day administration of a portfolio of companies, while supporting the firm in meeting its regulatory and compliance obligations.
You will work closely with senior colleagues across company management, funds and compliance, helping to deliver a responsive, high quality service to our clients. This role will suit someone who is organised, detail focused and interested in combining company management, administration and compliance.
You will report to the Head of Company Management and work in close collaboration with the Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities
Company administration and client service
- Administer a portfolio of client companies incorporated in Gibraltar, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all corporate filings and statutory documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within your portfolio, acting as a day to day point of contact by email, telephone and in person where required.
- Prepare, review and maintain corporate records, statutory registers and company files, both physical and electronic.
- Draft and arrange execution of board and shareholder documentation, including resolutions, minutes, written consents and AGM documentation.
- Coordinate and complete company incorporations, changes to directors, secretaries and share capital, and other corporate actions.
- Prepare and submit all statutory filings with relevant registries and authorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Scope to assist with the preparation and filling of relevant licensing and registrations with the OFT and ETB.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience in corporate services, company management or fiduciary services, typically 5 or more years.
- Good understanding of core company administration processes and statutory requirements.
- Working knowledge of AML and KYC principles and a genuine interest in developing further in compliance and regulatory matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills and an enquiring mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with 4D or Viewpoint, similar corporate services software is an advantage.
- A proactive approach, strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
