About the Company

A leading global bank is standing up its India technology and operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Compensation and Benefits Analyst for its rewards function. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will analyse and administer pay and benefits programmes for the centre, keeping them aligned to the bank's global pay structures and supporting annual compensation cycles with the rigour and controls a bank expects.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking

• Run salary benchmarking and market surveys against comparable roles
• Analyse internal pay equity and flag anomalies for review
• Support annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles with data and modelling

Governance, Controls & Reporting

• Maintain compensation data integrity and audit trails
• Ensure processes meet regulatory and internal governance requirements
• Prepare reports and dashboards for compensation committees and leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in compensation and benefits or compensation analytics
• Strong Excel and data-modelling skills
• Comfort working within structured, control-heavy processes
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to banking or financial-services compensation structures
• A certification such as CCP or equivalent is a plus
• Familiarity with job architecture and grading frameworks
