Compensation & Benefits Manager/Learning & Development Manager /Employee Relations Manager

Role Description The Compensation & Benefits Manager/Learning & Development Manager/Employee Relations Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping and maintaining key people practices at TA Embedded. Day-to-day tasks include designing and managing compensation structures, overseeing benefits administration, and conducting job evaluations to support fair and competitive pay. The role also involves developing and implementing learning and development programs, supporting employee growth, and enhancing organizational capabilities. In addition, the manager will handle employee relations matters, support positive workplace communication, and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Job Evaluation and structuring roles to support fair and consistent compensation decisions.
• Proficiency in Compensation Management and Compensation Structures to design and maintain competitive and transparent pay frameworks.
• Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits to manage and optimize programs that support employee well-being.
• Background in Learning & Development, including creating training programs, learning paths, and performance support materials.
• Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting a healthy, inclusive work environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with HR data and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with technology or education-focused organizations is beneficial but not required.
