仕事内容
本ポジションは、人事部門における報酬・福利厚生領域のスペシャリストとして、給与改定、賞与、報酬制度および関連する人事施策の企画・運用を担います。年次給与レビューや賞与支給プロセスを支援するとともに、変動賞与制度や給与レンジなどの仕組みを継続的に改善します。
また、予算・フォーキャストに関するレポーティング、グループ内の報酬制度統合、従業員向け制度の運営などにも携わります。日々の制度運用だけではなく、データや事業ニーズを踏まえて報酬施策を改善することが期待されるポジションです。報酬制度の設計、データ活用、制度改善を横断して経験できる環境です。報酬・福利厚生領域では、組織ニーズや市場環境に沿った制度設計と運用が重要な専門領域となります。
This position serves as a Compensation & Benefits specialist within the HR function, supporting the design and operation of compensation, benefits, and related people programs. The role supports annual salary reviews and bonus processes while contributing to the ongoing development of variable compensation schemes, salary ranges, and related frameworks.
The position also covers budgeting and forecasting reports, integration of compensation frameworks across the group, and administration of employee programs. Beyond day-to-day operations, the specialist is expected to use data and business requirements to improve reward practices. The role provides exposure across reward design, analytics, and continuous improvement. These responsibilities align closely with the Reward discipline, including reward approaches, salary benchmarking, employee benefits, and reward reporting.

- 年次給与レビュー、給与調整、賞与支給プロセスの運用および実施を支援する
- 変動賞与制度、給与レンジなどの報酬施策を企画・改善する
- 報酬・福利厚生に関する戦略、ポリシー、ツール、ガイドラインの策定と導入を支援する
- 予算およびフォーキャストを含む報酬・福利厚生関連レポートを作成・分析する
- グループ内の報酬制度統合やプロセス改善を推進し、PDCAによる継続的な改善を行う
- 従業員持株制度および報酬・福利厚生に関連する保険業務を運営する
The role is responsible for Compensation & Benefits activities in Japan, supporting reliable program delivery and continuous improvement. It uses HR data and budget information to help develop and implement reward practices aligned with business requirements.
- Support annual salary reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus payment processes
- Develop and improve reward programs including variable bonus schemes and salary ranges
- Support the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits strategies, policies, tools, and guidelines
- Prepare and analyze Compensation & Benefits reports, including budget and forecast-related reporting
- Drive compensation framework integration and process improvements across the group using a continuous improvement approach
- Administer employee shareholding programs and insurance activities related to Compensation & Benefits

- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate programs and projects across internal stakeholders
