The Role As our Compensation & People Analytics Lead, you will serve as the analytical backbone of Holafly’s global growth, directly shaping our rewards strategy and workforce intelligence. By bridging People and Finance, your insights will drive equitable, market-competitive pay structures and fuel executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Architect Global Pay Structures: Design, maintain, and scale our global job-leveling framework and salary bands using Radford benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. Optimize Incentive & Variable Models: Partner with Finance to design, model, and validate global bonus and sales commission plans that reward high performance. Build Executive Intelligence: Own the HR data engine, developing dynamic dashboards that turn complex workforce metrics into actionable C-suite insights. Lead Pay Equity & Transparency: Own end-to-end Gender Pay Gap reporting and proactive pay equity audits to ensure global regulatory compliance and fairness. Drive Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with Finance and Leadership on headcount budgeting, total labor cost forecasting, and compensation cycles. Guide Talent Acquisition: Advise HRBPs and recruiters with data-backed compensation guidance for strategic hires, promotions, and lateral moves. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Compensation, People Analytics, or Total Rewards within a fast-paced tech scale-up. Hands-on Radford expertise (or equivalent global benchmarking tool) for job mapping and band creation. Advanced data mastery in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and dashboard design. Strong financial acumen with proven experience modeling headcount budgets, labor costs, and variable incentive plans. Regulatory expertise in statutory Gender Pay Gap analysis and emerging global pay transparency laws. Nice to Have Experience scaling total rewards programs within a fully remote or distributed global workforce. Familiarity with modern HRIS and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
