Completions Specialist

Manchester based. 3 days per week in the office. About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Completions Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll manage mortgage applications from offer through to completion, ensuring all requirements are met before funds are released. You'll work closely with brokers, solicitors, and internal teams to help deliver a smooth and efficient customer journey. Mortgage industry experience is beneficial but not essential we're looking for people with a positive attitude, great organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Managing mortgage applications from offer to completion. Reviewing documents and ensuring all requirements have been met. Handling queries from solicitors and key stakeholders. Preparing cases for the release of funds. Following company policies and regulatory requirements. Building strong relationships with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams. Managing your workload effectively to meet service standards and targets. What We’re Looking For: Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering great outcomes. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a busy workload and work well as part of a team. Experience using Microsoft Office applications. Mortgage or financial services experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
