THE ROLE: Our clients are looking for a Complex Project Manager to join their team. ABOUT YOU & THE ROLE Our clients are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our delivery team within our Move to Cloud Programme. Sitting at the centre of a high-profile technology transformation, you will take ownership of running multiple workstreams and managing the end-to-end migration of a complex system to the AWS Cloud. In this role, you will act as a central bridge, collaborating closely with client leadership, internal delivery teams, and third-party partners to drive successful outcomes. Proven experience delivering large-scale cloud migration projects through to completion, with a strong focus on AWS Cloud migrations. Demonstrated ability to create and execute against comprehensive, integrated project plans to meet critical milestones. Strong stakeholder management experience across a wide variety of roles and organisational levels. Proactive approach to managing risks, issues, and complex technical dependencies across multi-vendor environments. Solid background in project reporting, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. SOME THINGS YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Running multiple workstreams to execute the end-to-end cloud migration of a complex system to AWS. Developing, maintaining, and tracking progress against an integrated project plan to ensure milestones are met on schedule. Proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies across various delivery streams. Collaborating across client, internal, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and delivery. Managing day-to-day project operations, team activities, and resource collaboration.
