Compliance Analyst

Role Description The Compliance Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting compliance activities across ONENESS SOLAR MOUNTING SYSTEMS’ operations and processes. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring applicable regulations in the solar and manufacturing sectors, reviewing internal policies and procedures, and assessing alignment with regulatory and industry standards. The role involves conducting compliance assessments, assisting with internal audits, and preparing clear documentation and reports for leadership and relevant stakeholders. The Compliance Analyst will collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to identify compliance risks, recommend corrective actions, and help maintain accurate records for inspections and certifications. This position also supports continuous improvement of compliance controls and contributes to training materials and guidance to promote a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong Regulatory Compliance knowledge and experience applying regulations and standards in a business or industrial setting.
• Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, assessing risk, and supporting evidence-based compliance decisions.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, including written reporting and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Finance and Auditing principles to support compliance reviews, internal controls, and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining records, documentation, and compliance tracking systems.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy or manufacturing sector is preferred, especially solar PV or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
