What You Will Do: The role is responsible for triaging, assessing, and managing incoming Global Speak‑Up reports to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent handling of compliance concerns across the organization. The role will also include conducting workplace investigations. Key duties include evaluating allegations for risk and priority, assigning cases to appropriate investigative teams, and ensuring adherence to global compliance policies and procedures in support of RTX’s Code of Conduct. The position requires strong critical-thinking skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Additional responsibilities include monitoring case progress, supporting data integrity within investigation systems, and collaborating with HR, Legal, Security, and business leadership to ensure concerns are addressed appropriately. The role contributes to maintaining an ethical culture by promoting transparency, accountability, and proper escalation practices. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience Qualifications We Prefer: Experience in compliance, investigations, ethics, operations, legal, HR, or related fields. Familiarity with triage, risk assessment, or incident intake processes. Prior involvement in workplace or other investigations, including fact‑finding and documentation. Experience using case management or investigation recording systems. Background working with cross‑functional partners such as HR, Legal, Security, and Operations. Understanding of global compliance policies, standards, and governance. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters professionally. Clear, concise written and verbal communication abilities, including drafting case summaries. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
