Compliance Officer

Vision Compliance advises companies on regulatory compliance in areas such as data protection, information security, artificial intelligence, financial regulation and anti-money laundering. We work with multinational companies from around the world, including Fortune Global 500 organisations.

We are looking for a compliance officer to run projects for several clients at once. Unlike an in-house role in a single company, here you work across different industries and different regulations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will run each matter yourself, through all of its stages: from taking it on and setting the plan, through client communication and keeping proper internal notes, to delivery. You know what is due, when, and from whom, and the matter moves according to your plan.

You will research regulations and turn them into concrete answers to the question of what the client actually has to do. You will draft policies, procedures, records and internal guidance. You will follow regulatory developments and pick out what genuinely matters for our clients.

Colleagues work on the same matters, so part of the work is coordinated. Everything else is yours to run.

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a law degree
• You work independently: you take a matter on and see it through
• You are organised by nature and you have your own system for tracking obligations and deadlines
• You like to learn. Not knowing the answer does not bother you, because you know how to get to it, and this field changes often enough that the learning never stops
• You are comfortable in English, spoken and written. Part of our client communication and part of the written work is in English
• You are AI native
