For a global automotive supplier based east of Munich, we are currently seeking you for a permanent position (salary range approx. EUR 55,000 gross per year / 38.5 hours per week) as a Compliance Specialist (m/f/x).

Your Tasks

• Support the development and implementation of compliance policies, processes and guidelines
• Identify, assess and monitor potential compliance risks
• Continuously improve internal control processes and structures
• Review business processes and identify potential compliance gaps
• Support compliance audits, reviews and internal assessments
• Contribute to compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Support the investigation and documentation of potential compliance violations
• Provide internal advice on compliance-related matters
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations for management and stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory requirements and support compliance projects in collaboration with international teams
  
  

Your Profile

• Apprenticeship or degree in law, business administration or a related field
• Initial experience with regulatory requirements in compliance, ideally within an international organization
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, internal control, risk management, audit or related fields
• Native Japanese speaker; fluent English; basic German skills
• Strong analytical, structured and detail-oriented approach
• Good understanding of business processes and compliance requirements
• High reliability, discretion and integrity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident with MS Office applications
• Independent, solution-oriented and proactive working style with a willingness to develop in compliance
