Overview Responsible for the overall Supply Plan within a Sector, Business Unit and all Categories. This role is accountable for the delivery of customer service levels while meeting the inventory and productivity targets of the organization. From an ISCP Template perspective, the Master Planner Director works across the Supply Planning components by ensuring optimal sourcing plans, master production schedules and replenishment plans. Responsible for leading all Supply Chain MCC Agenda related to Executive, Tactical, AOP by agreeing a united outcome in all these forums. In addition, is accountable for operative local sessions are carried out and take place on time with the outcome desired. Responsibilities - Communicate risks and opportunities across the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Plan.- Own accountability for MPS, MRP, DRP, and DLS daily commitments across all platforms and plants.- Ensure minimization of infeasibles across all platforms and plants.- Partner with the local demand team to align product priorities across all planning tools.- Collaborate with and influence the organization on strategic network and sourcing recommendations, ensuring flawless MyISCP management and control in partnership with Data Analysts.- Work closely with Manufacturing Managers to define strategies and parameters for efficient production line operations, balancing productivity, service-level targets, and demand execution to drive top-line growth.- Establish and lead a robust governance process with key Supply Chain stakeholders (demand planning, sales planning, warehouse, agro, manufacturing, DR, MRP), including performance scorecards, action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Interact and negotiate with Distribution Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Co-Manufacturers, Agro, Demand, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, and Maintenance to eliminate bottlenecks, optimize FR/MFR, and minimize WOFF in both the short and long term.- Influence and collaborate across the organization to develop and execute strategic network and sourcing decisions.- Develop tactical sourcing plans to optimize inventory, reduce DII, and enhance customer fulfillment at minimized cost.- Analyze short- and long-term capacity, propose solutions, and drive unified organizational decisions for Production Planning.- Lead the team to achieve KPI targets (DLS adherence, MPS commitments, FR) and establish MCC benchmark standards in processes, meeting agendas, and MPS/tools expertise. Qualifications Bachelor degree focused in Logistics, Business, Administration, industrial engineering. At least 5+ years of Supply Chain experience. Microsoft suite tools (Excel advanced, Power Point) Advanced English & Spanish proficiency General Knowledge of logistic, planning (MPS, MRP, DRP). Experience leading teams across the region SAP desirable and encouraged (not critical). JDA desirable and encouraged (not critical). Results oriented, desition making, teamwork, customer service, networking, work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency, proactive. Travel 30% of time within the region This operation is remote, providing world-class multicultural customer service to PMF, with immediate logistics solutions, according to customer requests or unexpected issues, getting a sense of urgency with a great knowledge of customs requeriments and the timing to execute on time with 12 source plants across LATAM.
