Maintaining project documentation, baselines, configuration items and records. Supporting change control processes, reviews and Configuration Control Boards. Managing project information and documentation within approved tools and systems. Coordinating Configuration and Documentation Management activities with project stakeholders. Supporting audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews. Developing and maintaining Configuration and Documentation Management plans and processes. Contributing to the continuous improvement of CADM tools, procedures and best practices. Master’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Management, Project Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Data Management, Documentation Management, or a related discipline. Familiarity with configuration control, document management and information management processes. Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment. Solution-oriented mindset, with strong customer-focused communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. This job can be located either in Noordwijk, The Netherlands.
