What You'll Do System Configuration and Optimization: You will configure and optimize software applications to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Act as a first responder to system issues, adeptly identifying problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability. Quality Assurance: Rigorously test and validate configurations, guaranteeing that every solution adheres to high standards and client specifications before going live. Collaboration and Support: Provide essential support to both clients and team members, sharing your technical expertise and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness. What You'll Bring Educational Background & Work Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of professional work experience; further education or certifications in technology or STEM-related fields is a plus. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a solid understanding of networking principles are essential. Experience with software development is highly desirable.
