Confluence Technical Specialist - Full Remote

We are looking for a Full Remote Confluence Technical Specialist for one of the International Institutions in Copenhagen. The consultant will be responsible for developing custom solutions, resolving platform limitations, implementing integrations, and improving knowledge management processes through automation and workflow optimization.

The role combines technical development, platform configuration, integration architecture, troubleshooting, user enablement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Candidates need to be willing to go onsite for start-up of the project and on-site presence in Copenhagen possible at client request.

Candidates need to be based in Europe! EU candidates are welcome to apply.

Work permit is not provided for non-European candidates. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

• Confluence Platform Customization & Development;
• Template Development & Governance;
• System Integration & Automation;
• Develop solutions that index and surface content from Confluence, Google Drive, and legacy intranet systems;
• Technical Troubleshooting & Content Migration Support;
• Testing, Quality Assurance & Deployment;
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer;
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement;
• Reporting & Delivery Management;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree
• +2–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise collaboration, knowledge management, intranet, or content management platforms;
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Confluence Cloud administration, customization, or development;
• Experience developing custom applications or automations using Atlassian Forge, Confluence APIs, or comparable platform frameworks;
• Proven experience implementing workflow automation and approval processes;
• Experience resolving complex platform configuration, formatting, and migration issues;
• Experience integrating collaboration platforms with external enterprise systems;
• Experience delivering user training and end-user support;
