Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce services and build interest. Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and discovery questions. Schedule appointments for the business development team. Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates. Follow up consistently with prospects while building positive relationships. Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining high-quality conversations. What We're Looking For At least 2 year of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, outbound sales, or business development. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools. Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
