Description du poste Dans le cadre du renforcement de la gouvernance et de la surveillance des projets technologiques, nous sommes à la recherche d'une ressource stratégique afin d’assurer la fonction d’aviseur et d’assurance continue sur la santé des projets et la qualité des redditions de comptes. Le rôle s’inscrit dans une perspective de surveillance proactive et préventive, visant à soutenir la haute direction dans sa prise de décision stratégique. Le présent rôle vise à assurer, de façon continue et indépendante : Une évaluation périodique de la santé des projets; Une validation objective des redditions de comptes; Une appréciation du niveau réel de risque; Une identification précoce des dérives potentielles; Un avis neutre destiné à la haute direction. Responsabilités Qualifications Revue continue des projets Coûts, échéanciers, portée, bénéfices; gestion des risques et dépendances; gouvernance et comités décisionnels; gestion contractuelle et fournisseurs; capacité organisationnelle. Analyse des mécanismes de reddition Cohérence des tableaux de bord; fiabilité des indicateurs; qualité des données; transparence des écarts; réalisme des prévisions.
