You will join our Construction & Engineering Disputes team, working on matters for social-purpose clients in a hybrid role based in Birmingham or Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on disputes, giving clear, practical guidance.
Manage your caseload, progressing matters efficiently.
Represent clients in ADR, including adjudication and mediation.
Support training, providing simple, accessible guidance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualified lawyer, with solid technical ability.
Construction disputes, with hands‑on experience.
ADR experience, including adjudication or mediation.
Client focused, delivering clear, practical advice.
