Construction Estimator with Photo Electric LLC

Position: Construction Estimator (Electrical / Multi-Trade) Level: Mid to Senior (3–10+ years) Location: Remote Schedule: Full-time | US Pacific Time Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month Responsibilities Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and government construction projects. Review architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate estimates. Identify missing information and document assumptions when plans are incomplete. Prepare bids for projects ranging from $500K–$5.5M. Coordinate with senior estimators to refine pricing and methodology. Utilize estimating software and AI tools to improve efficiency. Support fast-paced bid submissions while maintaining accuracy.
