The Role
We're looking for a Construction Project Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between construction operations and AI technology.
This is a manager-level individual contributor (IC) role. While you won't initially manage a team, you'll own the successful delivery and implementation of enterprise customer projects, serving as the primary delivery lead for some of our most strategic accounts. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and company leadership to ensure customers successfully adopt Kaya AI and achieve measurable operational improvements.
This is not a traditional software implementation or project management role.
We're looking for someone who understands how construction projects actually operate—from procurement and submittals to RFIs, schedules, document control, field coordination, and project delivery—and can translate those workflows into successful AI-powered solutions. You'll combine deep construction expertise with strong customer leadership to ensure every implementation delivers meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end implementation and delivery for enterprise construction customers.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business objectives.
- Translate construction processes into AI-enabled workflows and implementation strategies.
- Develop implementation roadmaps, project plans, rollout strategies, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Manage project scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
- Drive user adoption through training, change management, and operational best practices.
- Measure implementation success and ensure customers realize measurable business value.
- Capture customer feedback and partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Continuously improve Kaya AI's delivery methodology, implementation playbooks, and customer onboarding processes.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, construction operations, project delivery, implementation, or construction technology.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations or large-scale construction projects.
- Deep understanding of commercial construction workflows and project delivery processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements, onsite implementations, and company events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing construction technology platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam, CMiC, Microsoft Project, or similar solutions.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation, SaaS implementation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Experience building or improving implementation methodologies, delivery frameworks, or customer onboarding programs.
Location: Saudi Arabia / UAE
Work Arrangement: Remote, with occasional travel for customer implementations, onsite workshops, project meetings, industry events, and company off-sites as needed.
