The position

We are looking for Insurance Advisors to join our team, with the possibility of fully flexible and remote work.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new contacts and clients, analyzing their situation and needs, and guiding them in choosing the most suitable solutions.

The goal is to genuinely understand the client's situation, identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement, and propose the most appropriate solutions through personalized advice.

Your responsibilities

• Develop new contacts and acquire new clients.
• Analyze the client's actual situation.
• Identify any gaps, needs, or opportunities for optimization.
• Provide personalized advice based on the client's needs.
• Present and explain the available options.
• Guide the client through the advisory process to contract signing.
• Stay available to the client for any questions, concerns, or needs, even once the process is complete.
• Independently organize and manage your own work.

Who we're looking for

We consider both professionals already trained in the insurance industry and people coming from other fields who wish to embark on a new career path.

We are looking for people who are:

• motivated, dynamic, and client-oriented;
• good communicators;
• proactive and independent;
• inclined to develop new contacts and build their own network;
• interested in growing professionally in the insurance industry.

Experience in the insurance industry and/or in consulting is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.

For those who do not yet hold the AFA certificate, we offer support and mentoring throughout the exam preparation process.
