Iris Telehealth is actively hiring Consult-Liaison PMHNPs to support emergency department and inpatient teams with high-quality psychiatric evaluations and consultations—all from the comfort of your home. About the Role: Setting: 100% Remote Consults for IP/ER/ED Compensation: 1099 - $120/hr - robust pay structure (productivity-based to maximize earnings) Patient Population: All ages (5+ in ER settings preferred) Schedule: 13-16 shifts per month—3-4 weekend shifts required Why Iris Telehealth? Qualifications: An active PMHNP license in the state of Texas is preferred Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience in consult liaison in IP/ER/ED settings required Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 5+ for ED/ER consults PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS) Comfortable working with multiple health systems and varying acuity levels Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory Our Benefits: At Iris Telehealth, we believe great care starts with caring for our clinicians.
