What You’ll Do C onsultants play an integral role within our project teams. Consultants are responsible for conducting both the research and the analysis related to a project and are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously. As a Consultant at Ducker Carlisle, your work will be rigorous, but its impact will be evident . This role can be based out of Boston, MA or Troy, MI. Key R esponsibilities : Desi g ning analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping in order to meet project goals Conducting analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis Gathering research by conducting interviews, searching literature or the Internet and interpreting survey results Summarizing research findings Authoring client presentations and other deliverables Presenting findings to clients and to senior consulting staff Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree from a top tier university 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting Outstanding analytical abilities Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Advanced skills within Excel and PowerPoint E xperience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets Able to conduct analyses utilizing assumption testing and sensitivity analysis A professional demeano r Strong organizational, multi‐tasking, and time management skills Willingness to travel as travel is an integral part of this role Familiarity with programming languages Python, R, SQL o r statistical packages is preferred Pricing experience or experience managing revenue components such as discounts, promotions, rebates, loyalty programs is preferred Compensation The estimated base salary range for this role is $ 9 0 ,000 – $ 115,000 annually.  Exact compensation is determined based upon qualifications, experience, and location. Co nsultant s are also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance. Please Note: We encourage all our staff to work from a Ducker Carlisle office as often as is feasible ; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3-4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.
