1. Java Architect with DevOps – Banking Domain
Experience: 7+ years | Salary: Up to CHF 145K/year
Key Skills

- Strong Terraform
- REST and SOAP APIs

- TDD, SOLID, KISS and GoF Design Patterns
- DevOps, production support and architecture
- Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistant
Domain Experience
Strong experience in at least one: Trading/Transactions, Asset Management, Rebalancing, Taxation, Valuation, Banking Accounts, Compliance or Restitution.

6–9 years: up to CHF 120K | 9–12 years: up to CHF 140K | 12+ years: up to CHF 145K
2. DevOps Engineer
Experience: 6+ years | Salary: Up to CHF 143K/year
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Automate build, test and production deployment through CI/CD
- Infrastructure as Code and environment provisioning
- Configuration management and reusable automation scripts
- Security and quality checks within CI/CD pipelines
- Logging, monitoring, analytics and alerting
- Production/L3 incident management and root-cause analysis
- Platform performance, scalability and cost optimization
- Production-ready architecture and observability
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, Software Engineers, Architects and infrastructure teams
- Ensure reliable, scalable, secure and reusable environments
Salary:
6–9 years: up to CHF 116K | 9–12 years: up to CHF 136K | 12+ years: up to CHF 143K
3. Avaloq Developer – 60% Technical / 40% Functional
Experience: 6+ years overall / minimum 5 years Avaloq | Salary: Up to CHF 150K/year
Key Skills
- Strong Avaloq Developer / Business Analyst experience
- 60% Technical + 40% Functional
- Minimum 5 years Avaloq
- Avaloq scripting and parameterization
- Strong banking/wealth management domain
- Strong SQL and programming/scripting
- L2/L3 production support
- FAT/integration testing and UAT
- Agile/Scrum
- ACCP certification preferred
- Credit/Risk/Collateral/Performance module experience advantageous
Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements and prepare functional specifications
- Integrate solutions into Avaloq
- Conduct FAT/integration testing and coordinate UAT
- Provide Level 3 production support
- Monitor and resolve production incidents
- Review architecture and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders on complex functional and technical topics
Salary:

Swiss residency is mandatory. The consultant must be domiciled in Switzerland on the first day of the assignment.
