Consultant Coordinator / HR Administrator – Denmark

About the role

RAM Marine & Energy Solutions ApS is part of the RAM Multi Invest Group, an industrial execution and workforce solutions company active across Romania, Norway, and Denmark. As we grow our Denmark operations, we're looking for someone based in Denmark, with hands-on experience in personnel administration at a staffing or workforce services company, to own the full administrative cycle for our workers there: contracts, timesheets, payroll, invoicing, and client price quotations. This role is home-based within Denmark, not open to candidates located outside the country.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, issue, and manage employment contracts for our workers in Denmark, in line with Danish labor law
• Track and manage employee timesheets
• Handle payroll and salary processing, in close, ongoing contact with our accounting provider
• Issue client invoices based on registered hours
• Prepare price quotations and commercial offers for clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our workers and clients in Denmark

What you bring:

• Based in Denmark (required)
• Prior experience in an administrative role at a staffing or personnel services company, any industry
• Solid knowledge of Danish employment law
• Danish native speaker or fully fluent in Danish
• Fluent English, for daily communication with our team in Romania
• Strong organizational skills, contracts, invoices and timesheets all need to be right, every time
