We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Economic Damages and Valuations team. This position works under the supervision of Senior Consultants, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Executive Vice Presidents and supports engagements related primarily to litigation matters and fraud investigations. This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills to work closely with testifying experts and leadership. The role involves analyzing complex financial information, preparing schedules and exhibits, reviewing discovery materials, and assisting in the preparation of materials used in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple matters and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Job Responsibilities: Review documents produced, perform analysis and assist in preparing economic loss reports. Review and analyze reports of opposing damages experts. Prepare schedules and supporting documentation as directed. Interacting with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement. Having direct contact with current clients, when necessary, regarding document requests, reporting findings of our analysis, mostly in coordination with Executive Vice President participation. Assemble deposition and trial exhibits and prepare binders. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Accounting 2–5 years of relevant experience (family law, forensic accounting, litigation support, valuation, audit, or financial analysis) Experience analyzing financial statements, tax returns, and general ledger data Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to produce high-quality expert reports Strong project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong independent work ethic with demonstrated leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively support and address client needs Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree with strong quantitative bias (e.g. Business, Economics, Math, Finance or Accounting Experience evaluating economic damages in litigation cases Experience with QuickBooks Experience supporting expert testimony or litigation matters Professional certifications (ex. CEA, CVA, ABV etc.), or have demonstrated progress towards obtaining relevant certifications. Physical and Mental Job Qualifications Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
