The ideal candidate brings experience from fast-paced environments, preferably within tech startups or scale-ups, and excels at delivering clear, actionable advice through platforms like Slack. Strong negotiation skills are required, particularly with SaaS, privacy, AI contracting, and general commercial agreements. Hands-on experience with AI is essential, as Circle’s legal team is AI-native and committed to building better processes and playbooks for scalable, efficient legal support.
