About Creative Factory Creative Factory is Allianz's in-house media production agency. We create video, photo, and digital content for Allianz brands and business units — from concept and production to post-production and delivery. Our team combines creative storytelling with production expertise to deliver high-quality content that meets the needs of a global, regulated industry. Post-Producer with AI Video Production Capabilities We are looking for an experienced Post-Producer who combines strong traditional production and editing skills with hands-on experience in AI-supported video production, helping our team push the boundaries of what's possible in content creation. Your key responsibilities/What you will get to do: • Plan, organize, and execute video productions from concept through final delivery. • Lead post-production processes, including editing, color grading, sound, and finishing. • Direct and manage shoots, including talent, crew, and technical setup. • Deliver polished, platform-appropriate content across formats and channels. • Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate and enhance production and post-production (e.g., generative video, AI-assisted editing, voice/audio tools, upscaling, automation). • Evaluate and integrate new AI tools into existing production pipelines, balancing innovation with quality and brand standards. • Ensure technical and creative quality across all deliverables. • Stay current on emerging AI video technologies and share knowledge with the wider team. Key requirements / What we hope you bring: • At least 2 years of experience in video production and post-production, ideally within an agency, production company, or in-house media team. • Strong, hands-on editing skills in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). • Solid understanding of the full production workflow, from pre-production to final delivery. • Practical experience using AI tools within a production or editing workflow, with a proven ability to systematically evaluate, benchmark, and integrate new AI tools into production pipelines without compromising quality. • Hybrid technical-creative background (e.g., engineering/science combined with production), or equivalent experience bridging technical and creative work. • Extensive international experience, comfortable delivering autonomously in multicultural, fast-changing, or regulated environments. • Strong project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple productions independently. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • German language skills at B2 level (independent user) – able to communicate spontaneously and fluently with native speakers in everyday and professional contexts. Nice to Have: • Experience with corporate brands or regulated industries. • Motion design, animation, or 3D skills. • Familiarity with generative AI tools for video/image (e.g., prompt-based video or image generation). • Experience building or improving AI-supported editing workflows.
