Job Description: You will be an important member of insightsoftware's Professional Services team, supporting our global clients with comprehensive lease sourcing and management services. In this high-impact role, you will drive client success in PureLease Marketplace implementations while expanding your expertise across our Lease Lifecycle portfolio. Primary Responsibilities PureLease Marketplace – Primary Focus: Lead end-to-end lease sourcing engagements, including Lease vs. Buy analysis, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, lessor management, and deal execution support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lessee clients, providing program management support and strategic consultation on lease procurement initiatives Develop and deliver Lease vs. Buy models, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Proposal Analysis Ranking Reports (PARs) that enable clients to make informed equipment leasing decisions Manage the Global Lessor Network (GLN) portal: recruit qualified lessors, facilitate lessor registration and onboarding, provide platform training, and ensure database accuracy Educate lessors and lessee client teams on PLM capabilities, best practices, and transaction workflows; conduct training sessions to maximize platform adoption Coordinate multiregional lease document collection, review contract terms across jurisdictions, manage translation workflows for multilingual agreements, and classify transactions in PLM Monitor lease sourcing pipelines and transaction progress; provide forecasting updates to management; identify and pursue opportunities for additional revenue (Transaction Success Fees, expanded service delivery) Partner with lessors and clients during RFP submission, bid analysis, and award phases; coordinate relationship management between internal teams and external partners Maintain and update RFP templates, sourcing checklists, and reference materials to streamline the lease sourcing process Provide 24-hour coverage support for international clients and lessors across multiple time zones Client-Facing & Cross-Functional Responsibilities Interact with and educate client personnel across all organizational levels — from C-suite executives to end users — ensuring clarity and alignment on lease sourcing strategy Demonstrate insightsoftware values (integrity, quality, innovation) in every client interaction while growing revenue and profitability Manage documentation processes for sourcing clients and lessor partners; ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal controls Provide phone and email support to lessee clients and lessor partners; respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and escalations Understand clients' existing lease management processes, controls, policies, and procedures (PCPP) and recommend migrations to industry best practices Consult with clients on all aspects of lease sourcing and portfolio management to protect their interests and optimize outcomes Support quarterly client business reviews (QBRs), presenting sourcing metrics, deal pipeline, and strategic recommendations Maintain relationships with global lease brokers, captive finance companies, and independent lessors to build and manage the Global Lessor Network (Marketplace).
