Consultant Radiologist – Teleradiology | Portugal

We are recruiting Consultant Radiologists for a leading healthcare and diagnostic services organisation in Portugal.

This opportunity is focused on Teleradiology, offering Radiologists the possibility to report diagnostic imaging examinations remotely while working with an established and technologically advanced healthcare provider.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Specialist Radiologists to join a growing teleradiology network and provide high-quality remote reporting services.

Depending on the candidate's expertise and availability, responsibilities may include:

• Remote reporting of CT, MRI, X-ray and other diagnostic imaging examinations.
• Providing accurate and timely radiological reports.
• Working through secure and advanced teleradiology platforms.
• Collaborating remotely with medical and clinical teams.
• Maintaining the highest standards of diagnostic quality and patient care.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Medical Degree and completed specialist training in Radiology.
• Previous experience as a Consultant/Specialist Radiologist.
• Experience in remote reporting or teleradiology will be highly valued.
• Ability to report diagnostic examinations independently and efficiently.
• Registration with the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos) is required.
• Candidates must already hold, or be eligible to obtain, the necessary professional authorisation to provide radiological reporting services for patients in Portugal.
• Fluent Portuguese is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in Portuguese and produce radiological reports in Portuguese.
  
  
  

Important: As professional registration is a mandatory requirement, we will need to confirm before presenting any candidate that registration with the Ordem dos Médicos can be guaranteed or completed within the required timeframe.
