We’re looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant, Amazon to join our growing team in Istanbul.

This role is for someone who already has strong hands-on experience with Amazon and is ready to take ownership of client accounts, lead strategic discussions, and turn marketplace data into clear commercial actions.

You’ll work directly with brands across Amazon marketplaces, own performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate execution across retail, advertising, content and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of Amazon client accounts across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Lead account strategy and identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability and market share.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory and competitive performance.
• Build and present weekly and monthly business reviews.
• Lead weekly client meetings and communicate priorities, risks, recommendations and next steps.
• Translate Amazon data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
• Manage catalog, pricing, availability, Buy Box, content, promotions and account health.
• Develop strategies around retail readiness, SEO, content and conversion improvement.
• Analyze Search Query Performance, Brand Analytics and other Amazon datasets.
• Work with Amazon Ads performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
• Identify issues affecting ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR and organic performance.
• Coordinate promotional calendars, deals, coupons and major Amazon events.
• Work closely with advertising, creative and technical teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Support forecasting, inventory planning and performance reporting.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, research and client workflows.
• Mentor Associate Consultants and review their analyses and recommendations where needed.
• For Senior Consultant candidates, take broader ownership across multiple accounts and contribute to internal best practices and team development.

What We’re Looking For

• Based in Istanbul.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts.
• Experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace fundamentals, including:
• Buy Box
• Pricing
• Inventory and availability
• Catalog and variation management
• Promotions
• Content and SEO
• Account health
• Strong understanding of Amazon performance metrics such as CVR, CTR, CPC, ACOS, TACOS, ROAS and Buy Box %.
• Comfortable analyzing large datasets and identifying commercial insights.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable independently leading client meetings in English.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A Big Plus If You

• Have previous experience at an Amazon agency, consultancy or marketplace-focused business.
• Have managed Amazon accounts across multiple marketplaces such as US, UK or EU5.
• Have experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Ads.
• Have experience with Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance or Amazon Marketing Cloud.
• Have worked with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, DataHawk or similar platforms.
• Have experience with Power BI, Looker Studio or other analytics tools.
• Have experience managing large or complex Amazon accounts.
• Have coached or managed junior team members.
• Are comfortable using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or other AI platforms for analysis and productivity.

Working Model

This is an Istanbul-based hybrid position.

We work 3 days per week from our new office at Yapı Kredi bomontiada, with the remaining days remote.
