SYSTRA Sverige is looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants within Rolling Stock to join our team based in Malmö and Helsingborg, with opportunities for independent remote work.

In this role, you will work with clients across Sweden and Europe on assignments related to rolling stock, maintenance, rail operations, quality, and digital transformation. You will combine analysis, advisory work, site-based assessments, and client collaboration to help deliver practical improvements and long-term value.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• experience from rail, rolling stock, maintenance, mobility, or other technical environments
• a consulting mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders
• a desire to contribute to projects that improve performance, reliability, safety, and efficiency
