Role Description The Consulting Partner will provide strategic consulting services to clients in the energy and mining sectors, with a focus on M&A and value creation. This contract, remote role involves leading client engagements, conducting financial and strategic analyses, and advising senior stakeholders on transaction opportunities and risks. Day-to-day activities include developing recommendations, preparing presentations and reports, facilitating workshops or training sessions, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery. The Consulting Partner will also help shape ANTIC’s consulting methodologies, contribute to business development efforts, and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial, operational, and market data.
• Proven consulting experience, ideally in management consulting or advisory roles within energy, mining, or related industries.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions to client or internal teams.
• Background in management consulting, including project leadership and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with M&A processes, such as due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
