Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Responsabilidades: Prestar consultoria técnica e funcional em suporte a aplicativos, oferecendo orientação especializada e soluções eficazes. Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e funcional relacionada aos atendimentos realizados. Gerenciar tickets e prioridades diárias, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos. Manter comunicação clara e eficiente com equipes internas e externas, garantindo alinhamento e colaboração. Compreender os fluxos de processos de Recursos Humanos e a arquitetura do SAP HCM, especialmente no módulo de folha de pagamento (Brasil PY). Requisitos: Formação superior em Sistemas de Informação, Recursos Humanos ou Administração de Empresas. Experiência mínima de 4 anos em posições similares, com foco no módulo PY do SAP HCM. Vivência em configuração e parametrização do SAP HCM. Conhecimentos básicos em LSMW, desenvolvimento de interfaces, BAPIs, Batch Input, Sapscripts, Smartforms, relatórios ALV e relatórios padrão. Familiaridade com ABAP, programação orientada a objetos (OO), BSP e WorkFlow. Inglês avançado será considerado um diferencial. Competências e Habilidades: Proatividade e iniciativa para resolução de problemas. Interesse em desenvolvimento contínuo e aprendizado. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, análise crítica e foco em atendimento ao cliente.
