Consumer Care Sleep Coach Maternity cover contract 6months with potential extension 30.4hrs a week (4 days) One saturday a month with a weekday off in lieu Hybrid/remote work Job Summary This role focuses on guiding consumers through their sleep health journey by offering tailored solutions from our sleep health product range. Based within ResMed’s Australian Consumer Care Centre, the position provides frontline support to new and existing consumers across Australia via phone, email, video call, SMS, social media, and live chat. Let's talk about Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional consumer experience across all interactions and channels, aiming to meet consumer needs at the first contact. • Identify, manage, and convert sales opportunities by helping consumers find the right products and services to suit their needs. • Proactively promote Resmed’s products, services, promotions, new releases, partnerships, and self-service options to consumers. • Take ownership of the consumer’s omni-channel experience, nurturing leads from initial inquiry through sales processing and after-sales support. • Advocate and educate consumers on continued use of ResMed products throughout their sleep health journey to foster brand loyalty and consumer advocacy. • Maintain strong commitment to achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets while consistently delivering excellent consumer experiences. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Direct to Consumer Channel and contribute to their implementation. • Manage interactions professionally, using problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure consumer satisfaction. Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience Required • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in a fast-paced inbound or outbound telesales environment. • Proficient with technology including MS Office, CRM systems, and phone platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with active listening capabilities. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Preferred • Understanding of Australian Consumer Law related to retail and manufacturing. • Experience with Salesforce, Ring Central Phone Systems, and MYOB. • Demonstrated experience in handling consumer complaints effectively. • Adaptability to work various shifts, including weekends, and operate independently in a dynamic environment.
