City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health Plans in Virginia Beach is looking to hire a Contact Center Advisor. Responsible for upselling and/or cross-selling products, providing guidance on insurance coverage, selling policies, and conducting appropriate follow-up calls. Education: High School Diploma (required) Certification: Must obtain L-HIL or L-LIFEHI within 60 days of hire. Experience: 1 year of prior sales experience (required ) We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $17.31/HR – $28.85/HR.
