Role Description The Content Creator will develop clear, engaging, and accurate content that explains CEDX Systems’ AI workflow solutions, use cases, and customer outcomes across digital channels. This full-time remote role includes creating website copy, blog posts, case studies, product one-pagers, and social media content, as well as scripts or outlines for videos and webinars. Day-to-day work involves collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to translate complex technical workflows into accessible narratives, supported by strong research and structured storytelling. The Content Creator will maintain a consistent brand voice, optimize content for search and performance, and support campaign assets for marketing and sales enablement. The role also includes reviewing and refining existing materials, maintaining a content calendar, and measuring content impact using analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong core content skills, including writing, storytelling, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Experience creating digital content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing campaigns, with a focus on B2B or technology products.
• Ability to research workflows, tools, and AI concepts, and to conduct interviews with internal subject matter experts or customers.
• Skills in structuring and editing content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, including proofreading and adherence to style guidelines.
• Familiarity with content planning and basic content strategy, such as maintaining a content calendar and aligning assets to audience needs.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, analytics tools, and how to optimize content for discoverability and performance.
• Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams, with strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Interest or experience in AI, workflow automation, or operations-focused software; prior work in SaaS,
