Company Description Neotlix.Space is a streaming platform and two-sided marketplace focused on AI-generated and AI-transformed video content. Creators can publish videos and monetize inventory within them, including participation slots, character slots, advertising blocks, credits, and listings. Individuals with a public face—from influencers and bloggers to everyday users—can license their likeness to be cast as virtual actors in other people’s videos. Viewers access the video catalogue for free, while creators and participants share in the revenue. Guided by the tagline “Anyone can be seen. Anyone can be cast. Everyone gets paid,” Neotlix.Space aims to make video creation and earnings accessible to a wide audience.

Role Description The Content Creator will develop engaging video concepts tailored to the Neotlix.Space platform, focusing on AI-generated or AI-enhanced storytelling and character-driven content. Day-to-day responsibilities include scripting and planning videos, coordinating or performing on-screen appearances (where applicable), collaborating with editors and AI tools, and optimizing content for viewer engagement and marketplace monetization. The role involves managing content publishing, updating descriptions and listings, and experimenting with new formats that showcase virtual actors and interactive inventory within videos. This is a remote contract role, with flexibility to produce content from any location while meeting agreed-upon production and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to conceptualize, script, and produce short- and long-form video content for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools, virtual actors, or synthetic media, and willingness to learn new creative technologies.
• Experience with online content marketplaces or streaming platforms, including basic understanding of monetization and audience growth.
• Strong visual storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable access to necessary hardware and software for remote content production (e.g., camera or smartphone, editing tools, stable internet connection).
• Comfort working under a contract arrangement, managing deadlines, and handling feedback in a fast-evolving environment.
• Prior experience as a creator, influencer, or performer is beneficial but not required; openness to licensing one’s likeness or collaborating with virtual talent is a plus.
