About The Role
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with our CMO and Director of Marketing You’ll be instrumental in crafting engaging content and executing SEO strategies to boost website traffic, generate leads, and position Alpha Hub as a thought leader in private capital markets. The ideal candidate is a versatile creator with strong research skills, SEO expertise, and a passion for FinTech innovation, ready to optimize our digital presence while collaborating on AI-integrated campaigns.
Scope of Work
This role offers exceptional growth opportunities and direct mentorship from industry leaders who are architecting the future of private capital markets. Reporting directly to our CMO (and Director of Marketing), you'll own content creation and SEO optimization to drive organic growth, lead generation, and audience engagement, while developing your expertise in the platform that will redefine how private capital operates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive website traffic and lead generation – Create and optimize content and SEO strategies that attract visitors, increase qualified leads, and support investor matching on our AI-powered platform
- Conduct content creation and research – Write blogs, landing pages, case studies, and educational resources on private capital trends, backed by in-depth research into industry insights, audience needs, and FinTech innovations
- Develop SEO strategy and execution – Perform keyword research, implement on-page and technical SEO, analyze performance metrics, and refine approaches to enhance search visibility and rankings
- Handle visual communication – Design engaging infographics, visuals, and multimedia elements to support content and campaigns, enhancing user experience on our platform (lower priority but integrated where impactful)
- Ensure operational clarity – Organize and refine existing content/SEO efforts, establish structured plans like content calendars, and implement best practices for consistency and efficiency
- Perform regular SEO audits – Identify technical issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors, then optimize website structure for better performance
- Build link-building strategies – Conduct outreach to influencers, partners, and industry sites for backlinks, boosting domain authority in the private capital space
- Analyze competitors – Research rival SEO and content tactics in FinTech and private markets to identify opportunities and differentiate Alpha Hub's voice
- Manage content calendar – Plan, schedule, and oversee editorial timelines, ensuring timely publication of high-quality, SEO-optimized materials
- Execute A/B testing – Test content variations, headlines, CTAs, and SEO elements to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- Create social media content – Develop and promote posts on platforms like LinkedIn and X to amplify content reach and drive traffic back to our site
- Support email marketing – Craft newsletters, drip campaigns, and investor updates tied to content themes for lead nurturing
- Monitor and report performance – Use tools like Google Analytics to track metrics, generate monthly reports with actionable insights, and forecast SEO impact on revenue goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaigns, platform features, and AI-driven deal insights
