Content Manager

We're looking for a Content Manager who's ready to be part of something new in Skopje. You'll join a new project in collaboration with Cheil Europe, supporting the delivery and coordination of content operations. The role strikes a balance between planning future work and handling day-to-day tasks — perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. What the role involves: Stakeholder engagement in relation to delivery and managing client expectations on delivery timelines and progress. Receive and manage market requests (tickets). Provide end-to-end management of production team (Content Authors, QAs), including assigning tasks and coordinating activities. Guide and provide technical support to the production team. Lead daily stand-up meetings. Manage workflow, including triage tickets and liaising with enabling teams. Manage and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers across teams. Provide weekly status reports and attend weekly status calls, tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders. Analyse L2 scope and review Content Matrix and Market Input, supporting the market with queries. Sprint management and backlog creation. Stakeholder communication on progress, blockers, issues, etc. Project tracking and dashboard management. End-to-end ownership of project and team activities that are within Supplier’s scope.
